Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026. The firm collects as little about you as it can. This page says what this website collects, who receives it, and how long it is kept.
Using this site does not make you a client
Sending the consultation form, emailing, or using the chat does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please don't send confidential details until a representation agreement is signed.
What we collect
When you request a consultation. The form asks for your name, phone, email, type of matter, county, the other people involved (for a conflict check), whether you have been served, any deadline, a short description, and how you heard about the firm. The form is emailed to the firm. If the email fails to send, the request is saved in a locked file on the web server so it is not lost, and it is deleted once delivered, and in any case within 30 days.
When you use the chat assistant (Ipsa). Your question and the last few messages of the conversation are sent to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI, to write an answer. Messages that contain an email address, phone number, case number, or account number are blocked and never sent. The site does not save chat conversations. To prevent abuse it keeps a scrambled visitor code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.
Visit counts. The site counts consultation requests, phone-number taps, and chat questions by page and date. These counts contain no names, IP addresses, or other details about you. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
Server logs. Like every website, the hosting company (IONOS) automatically records basic technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. IONOS keeps these logs for a limited period for security and operation.
Your browser. The firm sets no cookies. The site stores two small notes in your browser for the current visit only: whether you have seen the opening animation and whether you have seen the chat hint. They are erased when you close the browser.
The map. The contact page shows a Google map. Google may collect information or set cookies when the map loads, under Google's own privacy policy.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. We don't use what you send for marketing lists.
Who receives your information
Only the companies needed to run the site and answer you:
- Google, which provides the firm's email.
- Anthropic, which powers the chat assistant.
- IONOS, which hosts the website.
- Cloudflare, which provides the visit counts.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
The firm does not keep consultation requests from people who do not become clients. Chat conversations are not kept. Visit counts are kept only as totals.
