Alan F. Hamisch
Trial lawyer. Counselor. The person who answers when you call.
A practice built on a simple premise.
Clients don't hire law firms — they hire a lawyer. At this firm, the lawyer who takes your first call is the lawyer who drafts your pleadings, takes the depositions, argues the motions, and stands up at trial. Nothing gets handed off, and nothing gets lost in translation.
Alan earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law — right here in Naples — and built his practice in the same community where he studied the law. He practices civil litigation and family law across Southwest Florida, with a caseload that spans contract and business disputes, eviction and foreclosure, personal injury, bankruptcy, and probate. The common thread is the courtroom: every matter is prepared as if it will be tried, because cases prepared for trial are the cases that settle well.
The firm's style mirrors its filings — direct, fact-driven, and economical. You'll get a straight assessment of your position, including the weaknesses, and a plan that fits both the case and your budget.
Outside the office, Alan is a father of seven — from toddler to young adult — which means he understands firsthand what's at stake when a case touches a family. When clients say their children are everything, he isn't guessing what that means. That perspective shapes how the firm handles family matters: protective of what matters most, and unwilling to let litigation do more damage than the dispute itself.
