Alan F. Hamisch, Esq

Alan F. Hamisch, is a Trial Attorney practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, criminal, personal injury, residential landlord tenant disputes, business litigation, and family law.

Mr. Hamisch is a father of six who has devoted his time to their success.  He has repeatedly won father of the year awards from his children annually since 2004.

Education: Alan received his law degree in 2010 from Ave Maria School of Law where he was actively involved with moot court and tax court oral advocacy competitions.  He was the president of the Law Student Section of the State Bar of Michigan in 2009.  Attorney Hamisch attended Utah State University where he earned his B.S. in Political Science in 2006.

Honors, Awards, & Achievements: Mr. Hamisch is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States of America and has appeared pro hac vice in cases throughout the United States. ​
