Skinny Water

Golden hour on a flats skiff where the Everglades backcountry meets the Gulf of Mexico. Twenty-six species are swimming out there, and a few things would like to eat them before you do.

  • Drag to look. Cast left for mangrove fish, right for Gulf fish.
  • Hold the red button (or Space) to load the rod, release to cast.
  • When the cork goes under, tap to set the hook.
  • Hold to reel. Keep the meter in the green. Red pops the line.
  • Sharks and gators chase hooked fish. Get it in the boat first.
